I developed Fifteentwenty — 1520, a full-fledged food delivery platform, from scratch to launch within two months, meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-moving market. The app provided a seamless end-to-end user experience, integrating Firebase for backend connectivity and implementing custom UI solutions to ensure pixel-perfect design.

Key Contributions

• 🚀 Built and launched the MVP in just 2 months, iterating over the next 2 months to refine UI/UX
• 🔄 Engineered complex scroll synchronization for category-based product listings without existing libraries
• 💳 Integrated Stripe for payments, combining the best features of multiple Flutter plugins
• 🌍 Adapted the app for Web & Desktop with responsive UI and fixes for incompatible Flutter Web plugins
• 🛠 Provided ongoing support & maintenance throughout 2021, including hotfixing product data directly on the server
• 📈 Gained deep experience in product vision & responsibility, working in a fast-paced startup environment
